Experimental platform for membrane materials and technology
Covering an area of 45 square meters, facing the scientific and technological frontier at home and abroad and the actual market demand, the research can be oriented to the application process of new membrane materials and membrane components preparation technology, the recent main ultrafiltration membrane, microfiltration membrane, long-term will expand the scope of membrane materials, mainly nanofiltration membrane, osmotic evaporation, forward osmosis and reverse osmosis membrane. A hollow fiber membrane pilot line and a hollow fiber membrane spinning machine (including pouring machine) were built to meet PVDF and PSF hollow fiber membrane pilot study, and ф 150 and ф 90 components can be prepared. The resulting pilot products can meet the requirements of other platforms for membrane testing.
